$400 for non-shelter

$475 for sheltered pasture paddocks.

$550 for private shelter paddock.

Add +$75per month on for TB’s/half drafts, +$100 for drafts.

+$50 for 1 extra daily pull out & Grained horses.

Quality Timothy Orchard Grass Hay, scheduled feedings 2x daily, fresh water every day, heated in the winter, 12 x 12 ft stall possible option. $50 a month for your own personal tack room! Free Trailer Parking. Huge, enclosed Round Pen with training tools. Tons of amazing amenities included a community room kitchenette area, coffee, waters, full bathroom & shower, wash racks, Mounting stumps throughout the ranch, tons of riding on the ranch. 

Campsites, bonfires, trail rides, hammocks in trees, BnB Stalls and more! 

If you’re an adult and an experienced horse person and would like to spend more time on the saddle, leasing is for you! 

All inclusive: includes all their tack, one free lesson, access to all the ranch facilities and services, ride next door to almost 1000 acres of gorgeous wildlife refuge to ride and enjoy quiet nature. Our Ranch has Bonfire's, fun winter horse pulls and riding events, trail rides, amazing community, laid back environment, as well as other ranch animals.

1 horse per person, 1 lease horse. No shared leases & no children. Experienced Adult only leasing. Not for beginners or novice riders. 

Horses of all kinds are put into pastures of any size. Horse pasture is based off the discussion by the owner and potential client during the walk-through.

$75 for a 1-and-a-half-hour lesson! Beginners are welcomed!

We offer A-To-Z horse trail riding lessons. Children 5  yrs and up as well as adult lessons too! We also offer horse leasing for adults that are savvier and looking for a horse to ride but not to purchase. All inclusive! 

We have a huge obstacle course which includes a bridge, tarp crossing, tire course, poles, jumps, & barrels. A 1/2 outer racetrack for your full riding use, large open areas throughout the ranch to ride too! Enjoy multitude of amenities including free trailer parking, huge round pen, monthly bonfires and potlucks, group trail rides, ranch campsites, hammocks in the track trees, come and stay.

Ride on the ranch or ride to the next-door wildlife refuge. Almost 1000 acres of gorgeous trails, buttes, bluffs, lakes, forest & wild meadows the whole nine! Huge quiet park, come enjoy your horse and ride. Beautiful kept trails, basic to extreme riding levels.
