Trail Ride Refund, Cancellation & Weather Policy 

Effective for all online bookings

 Trail Ride Refund, Cancellation & Weather Policy Effective for all online bookings. Deposits & Payments 

• A 50% deposit (per rider) is required at the time of booking. 

• Trail rides are $100 per person, making the required deposit $50 per person

• All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. 

• The remaining balance is due on the day of your scheduled ride before the ride begins. Please review all policies carefully before completing your online booking. 

Customer Cancellations:

• If you choose to cancel your ride for any reason, the deposit will be forfeited. 

• No refunds, credits, or transfers will be issued for customer-initiated cancellations or missed appointments

Weather Policy 

•Trail rides may be rescheduled due to unsafe or unfavorable weather conditions. • If weather requires us to postpone your ride: 

• You will be offered a new date at the earliest convenience to you, and • Your deposit will be carried over to the rescheduled ride.
• Weather-related cancellations do not result in forfeiture of the deposit. 

• Refunds are not provided for weather-related cancellations

Emergencies, Sickness, or Death 

• In the event of: • Unexpected emergencies • Rider illness • Death in the immediate family

 • A gift certificate equal to the deposit amount may be issued. Gift certificates are:  Valid toward a future trail ride

 • Non-refundable • Issued only for weather, emergencies, sickness, or death Business-Initiated Cancellations If we must cancel a ride due to staff emergencies, horse health, or unexpected operational issues, you will be offered: • A rescheduled ride date, or • A gift certificate equal to your deposit Cash refunds are not issued. Acknowledgment By completing an online booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund, Cancellation & Weather Policy.
